Thanks to everyone who attended the benefit. We had
a high raffle ticket expense and so the net amount raised was $862.
Added on to our $1658 from our online auction, we raised $2520.00
this fall! Our raffle was a success and a learning experience. Although
we had to purchase the prizes, we were able to support the local
business, Full Compass Systems, and have already submitted a proposal
to them for next year requesting a laptop donation. The donated laptop
will ensure that we have a more appealing raffle prize so we have
more fundraising capabilities. 91 raffle tickets were sold over three
weeks - we hope to quadruple these sales next year by selling the
tickets four months in advance. Please view the end of this summary

who made the fall 2007 benefit a success.
