9. How will you obtain funds to sustain the sanctuary? |
Primates Incorporated is still searching for land on which to build the sanctuary and the indoor/outdoor facility is expected to cost $300,000. We are currently submitting 3 grant proposals/inquiries per month and are hosting biannual fundraisers to help us reach our goals. Our previous fundraiser, held December 17th, 2006 was a success as we were able to spread the word about Primates Incorporated and recruit new volunteers all the while raising funds for our cause. So far we have raised $5500 to go toward constructing the sanctuary. |
