How will you obtain funds to sustain the sanctuary?Primates Incorporated is still searching for land on which to build the sanctuary and the indoor/outdoor facility is expected to cost $300,000. We are currently submitting 3 grant proposals/inquiries per month and are hosting biannual fundraisers to help us reach our goals. Our previous fundraiser, held October 31st, 2009 was a success as we were able to spread the word about Primates Incorporated and recruit new volunteers all the while raising funds for our cause. So far we have raised $32,000 to go toward constructing the sanctuary.
